Alias: This means what is your real first name.
Full NAME: What is the full name of your character.
D.O.B: Date of birth of your character.
Age: Age of your character. ^ If your going to write the year make sure it makes sense.
Gender: If they are boy or girl. Super-naturals are allowed. But only vampires and werewolves.
Relationship status: Are you single, in a relationship, long distance or short distance. You can stay single and get a boyfriend/girlfriend here. Or you can be in a relationship and secretly cheat on them.
Nationality: Where Is your family/you from. Maybe Irish,American,Canadian, English (etc.)
Personality: How is your character's attitude some can b kind but some can be the opposite!
Backstory: How was their lives been in the past? Who is in their family? Any bad pasts? Write a full description here for a better understanding for me.
Appearance: This must be a celebrity. For an example mine is Barbara Palvin so if you have picked another one I would put it on reserve for you.
Other (piercings, tattoos, etc.): You can put un-important things here like if you have a phone or tattoos. Like my character has a tattoo of a rose on her bicep. You must put where if you can you can put pictures. You can have as many pictures as you want.
Likes: Pretty simple but what your character likes. Music.Books.Movies.. Anything!
Dislikes: What they hate. Make sure you play along with this when your roleplaying
